1. Begin with clean skin. Cleanse using Biodance Soap or your preferred facial cleanser, then pat dry.
2. (Optional but recommended) Apply a thin layer of a serum or essence (Biodance serums or toner pads recommended) to enhance glide, conductivity and results.
3. Turn on the Anti-Aging & Rejuvenation Device and select the desired mode.
4. Gently glide the device over the face and neck using slow, upward motions.
5. Use for 5–10 minutes per area.
6. Can be used alone or in combination with LED mask treatments as part of an advanced skincare routine.
7. Finish with your moisturizer.

Use 3–5 times per week, according to your skin’s needs.
